CHARYBDIS VACCINES

The company offers various biotech services and focusing in vaccine discovery and development.
Therefore we have ongoing collaboration mainly with biotech and pharmaceutical companies engaged in vaccine production, in addition to other research institutions. Vaccinology is a field undergoing strong expansion and changes and is experiencing a true "renaissance" with the advent of post-genomic technologies and the increasing burden of infectious diseases on human health globally.

Currently our main collaborations are with scientists working at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics laboratories based in Siena, Italy.

Scientific collaborations have been launched with the University of Messina and the Institute for Coastal Marine Environment (IAMC), CNR, Messina.
Moreover Charybdis collaborates with the Mario Teti Foundation in teaching and fund raising for biomedical research.
